GoVA Foundation Delivers Keynote at FDIC Events

The GoVA Foundation delivered the keynote address at the FDIC’s Veterans Day event, ‘Promoting Savings and Building Credit for Military Families.’ GoVA Foundation showcased our commitment to empowering the military community through tools that support their financial journey.

Sponsoring Military Communities Nationwide

March 2025: WallisBank sponsored financial education for low-income military communities around San Antonio, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Atlanta.

Supporting Military in Southern Florida

March 2025: BB Americas sponsored LMI military communities in Broward, Miami-Dad, Orange, and Osceola counties through a Community Development grant.

Hyper-Local Community Impact through GoVA

February 2025: U.S. Century Bank targeted LMI military communities in 1 county, and GoVA immediately fulfilled their community development grant with LMI access to our financial education platform.

Partnership with AvidBank in California

Dec. 2024: GoVA partners with AvidBank to provide financial education to the LMI military community in the San Francisco Bay area of Northern California.

GoVA Foundation CRA Verified Through FindCRA

Our financial literacy initiatives have been officially validated for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) consideration, marking a significant milestone in our mission to deliver high-quality financial education to military communities nationwide.

GoVA is a proud AMBA member

The Association of Military Banks of America promotes financial access for members of our military and for Veterans. GoVA has been a member since 2024, sharing our financial education resources with their members.

GoVA Foundation Impact: Empowering the Military Community

Through CRA-eligible financial education programs, GoVA Foundation has built a community of over 7,500 active members on The Edge platform, with focused outreach to LMI service members, veterans, and military spouses nationwide. Our personalized resources help military families build credit, develop savings habits, and achieve financial stability.

Banks can support these impactful Community Development activities through CRA-qualified grants, directly contributing to financial inclusion and economic opportunity in the military community.
