BB Americas Renews Partnership with GoVA Foundation to Continue Supporting Financial Education for Military Families in Florida 

CARY, NC (March 3, 2026) – GoVA Foundation is pleased to announce that BB Americas (Banco de Brasil S.A.), an award-winning competitive community bank, has renewed its Community Development grant for a second year, continuing to provide free digital financial education resources to low- and moderate-income (LMI) military families through GoVA’s innovative platform, The Edge. 

The renewed grant will support military households across Broward, Miami-Dade, Orange, and Osceola counties throughout 2026. This renewal follows a successful first year that demonstrated measurable impact on military family financial wellness. 

Year One Impact Highlights: 

• 86% engagement rate among sponsored members 
• Over 8,000 experience points earned through financial education interactions 
• More than 60 individual financial assessments completed 
• Majority of members served reside in low-to-moderate income census tracts 
• 24% of participants identified high financial stress at enrollment, with ongoing education aimed at reducing financial anxiety 

The renewed partnership also expands BB Americas’ community development services through quarterly financial literacy webinars. The bank successfully launched its first webinar in January 2026, with additional sessions planned throughout the year.
